Terms & Conditions

Pricing for Custom Gobos

Prices are in Canadian or US$ based on your address. We charge extra fee for rush orders, see "Shipping" for details. We charge no extra fee for artwork processing if the artwork is provided in the required format. Please refer to our Artwork Requirements. If the artwork you provided needs extensive reworking, we will have to charge an extra fee. In this case, we will ask for your permission before proceeding.

Turnaround Time

Depending on your shipping options, we have a standard lead time of 5 - 7 business days after artwork and order are approved. Upon approval, we will confirm your estimated delivery date. Faster turnaround is possible, please contact our sales department for information on rush delivery. We cannot be held responsible for for delays caused by conditions beyond our immediate control.

Shipping

We ship with the major carriers. Shipping cost will be added to your order. We do NOT add additional fee for shipping and handling. We cannot be held accountable for shipping delays caused by the manufacturer, freight forwarder or customs delays. We do not issue full refunds for orders that are delayed or lost by shipping carriers. 

Additional Costs

Orders outside CANADA may incur additional shipping costs, import duties and taxes which are liabilities of the buyer.

Order Confirmation

We will verify your order and will email you an order confirmation with final pricing. If applicable, we will provide a gobo proof. We will only proceed with your order after mutual confirmation and receipt of payment.

Payment

Due to the nature of our products we request payment in advance if not otherwise agreed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Money Order, Wire Transfer, and Company Check. (American Express Credit Card payment from USA customers may subject to extra currency adjustment fee imposed by banks)

Refunds

If gobos are faulty due to obvious mistakes made by us or defective materials, we will provide either product replacement or refund if applicable. We only proceed after your final approval of artwork, therefore we cannot refund any payments made for approved Custom Gobos that are delivered as specified. We do not issue full refunds for orders that are delayed or lost by shipping carriers. Partial refund will be issued after we have received it from the carrier.

Returns

Custom Gobos cannot be returned (see Refunds). For returned projectors and accessories we charge 20% restocking fee if not otherwise agreed plus any shipping and custom brokerage and duty where applicable and incurred. The goods have to be in new condition and in original packaging. Please contact us before you intend to return any product for return instructions. Refund for returned products will be issued after we have received and examined the products. Returned products must be shipped back to us within 7 business days after delivery.

You can upload your artwork in our Online Order System or email your artwork to sales@thegobo.com
